Check-in Times

Check-in times are different for each airline. Please read and follow the guidelines of your chosen airline. Checking in after check-in closure is no longer possible for organizational and security reasons.
We recommend you to check-in 90 minutes before flight on domestic routes.
We recommend you to check in 120 minutes before flight on international routes.

Baggage

Please note that different airlines have different luggage regulations. Luggage that exceeds the weight restrictions is usually accepted for a surcharge.
Ryanair passengers need to find all instructions concerning baggage on Ryanair's internet page.
On Croatia Airlines scheduled flights accepted baggage per passenger is 15 kg on domestic flights, i.e. 20 kg on international flights. Luggage that exceeds the weight is usually accepted for a surcharge. Overweight or oversize luggage must be announced by passenger during reservations. 

Children

Before making your booking, you should inform the respective airline or travel agency of your intentions:
Children to 2 years - INF, do not have they own seat.
Children from 2 to 12 - CHD, own seat, usually 50% discounts on tariff, and possibility to travel alone - Croatia Airlines. Ryanair rules concerning children you can find on Ryanair's web site.

Shuttle bus service

A shuttle bus is provided transport between Osijek and Passenger Terminal.
Shuttle bus station in the city is Main Bus Terminal, departing 2 hours and 30 minutes before flight for internetional flights and hour and 30 minutes before domestic flights.
Shuttle bus station on the airport is in front of Passenger Terminal, departing 20 minutes after aircraft landing.

Lost Property

In case you lost something at the airport we recommend to contact our lost property office. The office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. More details you can get from Information Desk officer or dial (+385) 31/514451. 

Terminal Opening Times

The Passenger terminal is officially open from Monday to Friday, from 07.00 to 15.00 hours.
For charter flights and general aviation, the Passenger terminal shall bi open 1 hour before flight. 

Passport/Visa

Please check which travel documents (e.g. passports, ID cards, visas, etc.) you need before your trip. Individual countries as well as individual airlines have different requirements and regulations that need to be complied with.

Animals

Not every airline allows the carriage of animals on their planes. Please enquire with the airline before booking.
